Better Benefits for Independent Contractors and Companies
PEO4Me offers healthcare benefits to independent contractors and businesses that cannot otherwise participate in a group benefits plan.
There are two ways to access on our comprehensive benefits plan INDIVIDUAL and GROUP
INDIVIDUAL
Sole Proprietors and Independent Contractors
Through Associate membership in CSJB, Associate Members can obtain access to health benefits offered by the CSJB Health and Welfare Trust Fund.
If your company has any W2 employees on payroll, please refer to our GROUP information and fill out the census and intake form.
Important plan details for all members:
- Copies of Marriage Licenses and Birth Certificates are required for dependents' coverage
- Member must be actively working full time.
- In-network only coverage except for emergency. See SBC for details.
- There is no access to BCBS online portal. You will be sent your Explanation of Benefits
(EOB) in the mail directly to your address. - The plan is one-year minimum contract.

GROUPS OF 2+
Groups that have W2 employees
Through membership in CSJB, members can obtain access to health benefits offered by the CSJB Health and Welfare Trust Fund.
Groups of 2+ that already have an established payroll, can join PEO 4 ME and access our benefits package for their employees.
- Groups with 2-19 full-time employees will have access to our benefits package of Medical, Dental, Vision and Life stated in the chart below
- Employees can waive coverage but a minimum of 50% participation in the plan is needed to qualify for group coverage
- Waived employees still pay the $32 for dues and receive 10k of life insurance.
- Waived employees must have other coverage and submit proof.
- Groups with 20+ full-time employees will be quoted separately for Dental, Vision & Life according to the census that is provided
